central location friendly staff comfortable beds
The location is excellent. I found the train station right across the road. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the twin room was a good size, and i liked the comfortable beds and decent bathroom.
i noticed the shower on and off mechanism needs some maintenance. i think it had a missing securing screw.

the hotel is near the train station. my room had a good size bathroom. the room was very comfy and tidy. the staff was helpful (especially with directions).
one morning breakfast lacked some items. i arrived at 10:20 am, and nearly everything was cleared away. i was only left with toast and a few sausages.

central location good breakfast blackout curtains
the hotel is directly opposite the train station, made arrival simple. the breakfast offered good variety, including both cooked and continental options. my room had black out curtains and that helped a lot with a good night's sleep (i really needed that).
the discount validation system for the nearby car park was not working. i had to personally call the car park manager to confirm my stay. the receptionist did not seem very concerned by it.

the reception staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. security was present, with a guard at the entrance and a staff member checking room details late at night. this helped ensure a safe environment.

I found the location ideal. The breakfast provided many choices. The room was clean and in good condition.
The room felt warm. I think this was caused by the outside weather. I would have liked better climate control in the room
